We wish to welcome calm guests who will respect our property. Our accommodation is located in Chaingy, in the Centre-Val de Loire, France. It is 2 km from the banks of the Loire, between Orléans and Meung-sur-Loire, where you can enjoy beautiful walks on foot or by bike. Just 100 meters away on foot, you will find all the shops in the village center: bakeries, newsagent/tobacco shop, butcher, grocery store, pharmacy, medical office, bar, two hair salons, beauty institute, the Post Office and an ATM. A children's playground and a fitness trail for adults are also 100 meters away, as well as a city park for teenagers (basketball court, skate park). Our single-storey cottage of 45 m², completely new and fully equipped, has a large south-facing terrace. It offers the peace of the countryside while being close to the city: Orléans is only 8 km away and the Orléans-Centre exit of the A10/A71 motorways is 10 minutes away. Enjoy this peaceful space with a private, enclosed garden, whether for a stopover or a longer stay, for private or business trips. It will be a pleasure to welcome you! Access is secured by an electric gate, and you can park your vehicle safely and free of charge. We are open and available for our guests, and will be happy to advise you during your visits.
